Ordering & Custom Sizes

Do I need an account to order?

No — but having one lets you save multiple sizes and track your orders more easily. When you create your first custom size we automatically create a profile with your e-mail. Just log in with the same e-mail and you can keep adding new sizes.

How does your sizing work?

We don’t use traditional sizing. Every garment is cut using measurements that match your body, so you get a fit that feels natural from day one. You can build your size by following our step-by-step measurement guide on any product page. Once you enter your body metrics and preferences, we’ll generate a size profile that fits your body and style.

Can I save more than one custom size?

Yes — if you’re logged in. Guests can only save their latest custom size in the browser. To store multiple sizes (for different fits or items), simply log in with the same email address you used, when creating your first size.

Why do I need to create a new size for each t-shirt type?

Different products are built on different patterns and materials. Different designs don’t behave the same way — fabric weight, structure, and construction all influence how a garment fits.

Because of this, each type needs its own size to ensure the fit stays precise and consistent. Creating a type-specific size means you’ll always get the same comfort and silhouette, no matter what you order.

Do I need special tools to measure myself?

A simple measuring tape is enough. We can also give you clear instructions so you know exactly how and where to measure. Just get in touch with us.

Can I edit my saved size later?

Not at the moment. Once a size is saved, it can’t be edited directly in your account.

If you need adjustments or want something changed, just contact us — we can update your saved sizes for you or create a modified version when you place your next order.

Delivery & Returns

How long does it take until I receive my order?

Your item is made to order. Production usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on the style and season. You’ll receive updates once it’s in progress and once it ships.

We always display the delivery time for your order before you check out. You will also receive email updates during the production process to keep you in the loop. If you are in doubt about receiving items on time, please contact our customer success team.

Shipping depends on where you are in the world (we produce in and ship from Europe). Depending on your market, you can pay for express shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders of two items or more. All orders are shipped from the European Union (EU).

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the EU. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, we’ll send you a tracking link.

What if my garment doesn’t fit?

Because each piece is custom-made, we don’t accept traditional returns. But if the fit isn’t right, we’ll make it right — just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll craft a new garment for you at no additional cost. Terms apply

This approach costs more than fast fashion — and it should. But it also lasts longer, fits better, and respects everyone involved. As we grow, we’re constantly improving our processes to make personalized clothing more accessible without cutting corners.
